Solicitor's report on Letter from Mat[thew] Pemberton Esq
regarding the Seizure of 10 Gall[on]s Aquavitae and a Still on Alex[and]er McFarlane's
farm, as mentioned in the Minutes of the 3rd Inst[ant] The Board of Excise
request information in respect of the Circumstances of Alex[and]er McFarlane on
whose premises the Still was found and who is stated to occupy the farm of
Lee.
