Uphall kirk session
A church court that sat within the presbytery of Linlithgow and the synod of Lothian and Tweeddale. Uphall, which was anciently known as Strathbrock, existed originally as a prebend belonging to the Provostry of Kirkheugh, and the church was dedicated to St Nicholas.
