Unst - Uyeasound Free, United Free, Church of Scotland kirk session
A secession church court. A church had been built in Uyeasound immediately after the Disruption in 1843 in which services were held on alternate sabbaths as part of the Free Church parish of Hillside, Unst. In 1880 it was erected as a separate parish. It passed to the United Free Church in 1900 as Unst Uyeasound and to the Church of Scotland in 1929. In 1952 it united with Unst under the name Unst.
