Tongue Free, United Free kirk session
A secession church court. It began as a Free Church in 1843. The congregation passed to the United Free Church in 1900 and to the Church of Scotland, as Tongue Strathtongue, in 1929. In 1937 Tongue Strathtongue was joined with the congregation of Tongue St Andrew's, under the name of Tongue.
