Stichill Associate (Burgher), United Presbyterian kirk session

A secession church court. It began as an Associate Session (Burgher) congregation in 1737. The congregation passed to the United Presbyterian Church in 1847, to the United Free Church, as Stitchel, in 1900, and to the Church of Scotland, as Stichill Cairns Memorial, in 1929. It united with Stichill and Hume in 1938, and with Nenthorn in 1950.
