Stewarton United Associate, United Presbyterian kirk session
A secession church court. It began as an Original Secession Church in 1829. The congregation passed to the Church of Scotland in 1839. It then passed to the Free Church in 1843, to the United Free Church, as Stewarton John Knox, in 1900, and to the Church of Scotland in 1929.
