Southend Relief, United Presbyterian kirk session

A secession church court. began as a Relief Church in 1797. The congregation passed to the United Presbyterian Church in 1847, to the United Free Church in 1900, and to the Church of Scotland in 1929, as Southend St Columba. It united with Southend St Blaan in 1946 as Southend.
