Shottsburn Associate (Burgher), United Original Secession, Church of Scotland kirk session

A secession church court. It began as an Associate Session (Burgher) congregation in 1762. At the union of 1839 the congregation declined to join the Church of Scotland and in 1843 became connected with the recently formed United Original Seceders. They eventually adhered to the Church of Scotland in 1956, as Shottsburn.
