SCOTTISH CABINET : 3RD ADMINISTRATION : CABINET SUB-COMMITTEE ON LEGISLATION (CSCL)

Ministerial Group established c. 2001 to consider issues relating to Scottish Parliament legislation and the co-ordination of Scottish Executive interests in proposals for Westminster (UK) legislation. The 3rd Administration refers to the Scottish National Party (SNP) minority Scottish Government, which was elected at the third Scottish Parliament election on 3 May 2007. The Scottish Executive was renamed the Scottish Government in 2007.
