Scottish Cabinet - 2nd Administration - Minister for Environment and Rural Development

The position of Minister for Environment and Rural Development existed between 2001-2007. The Minister was responsible for environmental issues and rural affairs. The 2nd Administration refers to the Labour/Liberal Democrat coalition Scottish Executive which was elected at the second Scottish Parliament election on 1 May 2003.
