Rutherglen - East Free, United Free Kirk session

A secession church court. It began as a Reformed Presbyterian congregation before 1872. The congregation joined the Free Church, as Rutherglen - East, in 1876. It passed to the United Free Church in 1900 and to the Church of Scotland in 1929. The parish was dissolved in 1981, when it united with Glasgow - Rutherglen Old (III) to form Glasgow - Rutherglen Old (IV).
