Rothes kirk session
A church court that sat within the presbytery of Aberlour and the synod of Moray. The church was dedicated to St Lawrence, formerly belonged to the Hospital of St Nicholas at the Boat of Brig on the Spey. Ministry of the session is recorded from 1563. Part of the parish of Dundurcas was annexed to Rothes in 1782.Records available
