Abernethy Free kirk session
A secession church court. It began as Abernethy Free Church in 1843, becoming Abernethy North United Free Church in 1900. It united with Abernethy South United Free Church as Abernethy United Free Church in 1905. In 1929 it rejoined the Church of Scotland as Abernethy South Church. In 1951 the charge was united with Abernethy North Church of Scotland to form Abernethy Church of Scotland.
