Pitcairngreen Free, United Free kirk session
A secession church court. It was founded when the minister and most of the congregation came out of Moneydie parish church at the Disruption in 1843. The congregation was also joined by former members of the parish churches of Redgorton, Tibbermore and Methven. The first church was built in Pitcairngreen in 1844, later followed by a new church in 1893. It passed to the United Free Church in 1900 and united with Almondbank in 1905 to form Almondbank St Serf's. This congregation passed to the Church of Scotland in 1929.
