Dunblane Associate (Burgher), United Secession, United Presbyterian kirk session
A secession church court. It began as a Secession Church of the Associate Synod (Burgher) in 1757. However in the same year the congregation decided to join with Bridge of Teith and did not disjoin and regain their own session until 1765. The congregation passed to the United Secession Church in 1820, to the United Presbyterian in 1847, to the United Free Church (as Dunblane Leighton) in 1900, and to the Church of Scotland in 1929. In 1952 it was united with Dunblane East to form Dunblane St Blane's.
