Morebattle Free, United Free kirk session
A secession church court. It began as a Free Church in 1843. The charge was sanctioned in 1845. The congregation passed to the United Free Church in 1900. In 1907 it was united with Morebattle Gateshaw Brae United Free Church, under the name of Morebattle United Free The united congregation passed to the Church of Scotland, as Morebattle St Aidan's, in 1929. In 1952 it united with Morebattle St Lawrence, to form the session of Morebattle.
