Alves Free, United Free kirk session
A secession church court. It began as Alves Free Church in 1843. In 1900 it became Alves United Free and in 1929 reunited with the Church of Scotland as Alves South. In 1931 Alves South and the congregation of Alves North were united together under the name of Alves.
