Maybole kirk session
A church court that sat within the presbytery of Ayr and the synod of Glasgow and Ayr. The church of Maybole, Ayrshire, originally served a medieval parish whose vicarage was appropriated to the nunnery of North Berwick. In the 1570s it was united with Kirkbride, which before the Reformation had been similarly appropriated.
