Kinghorn kirk session
A church court that sat within the presbytery of Kirkcaldy and the synod of Fife. The church of Kinghorn was dedicated to St Serf and was granted to Holyrood Abbey by King William the Lion between 1165 and 1177. Ministry is recorded from 1562.
