Kinghorn United Associate (Burgher), United Presbyterian, United Free kirk session
A secession church court. It began as a United Associate (Relief) congregation in 1778. It became a Burgher church in 1788. The congregation passed to the United Presbyterian Church in 1847 and to the United Free Church, as Kinghorn Rosslands, in 1900. In 1918 it united with the former Free Church of Kinghorn Ladyburn under the name of Kinghorn United Free. The congregation passed to the Church of Scotland, as Kinghorn Rosslands, in 1929, and in 1961 it united with the former parish church of Kinghorn St Leonard's, under the name of Kinghorn.
