Jedburgh Associate kirk session
A secession church court. It began as an Associate (Burgher) congregation in 1741. The congregation passed to the United Presbyterian Church, as Jedburgh Blackfriars, in 1847, and to the United Free Church in 1900. In 1917 a union was established between Jedburgh Blackfriars United Free and Jedburgh Boston United Free The united congregation passed to the Church of Scotland as Jedburgh Boston-Blackfriars in 1929, and it united with Jedburgh Abbey in 1956 to form Jedburgh Trinity.
