Inverkeilor kirk session
A church court that sat within the presbytery of Arbroath and the synod of Angus and Mearns. In 1178 the church of Inverkeilor was granted to Arbroath Abbey by Walter de Berkley, chamberlain of the King. It was dedicated to St Conan and ministry is recorded at Inverkeilor from 1567.Records available
