Glasgow - Blackfriars kirk session
A Church of Scotland quoad sacra parish. It sat within the presbytery of Glasgow and the synod of Glasgow and Ayr, later of Clydesdale. The parish originated in a pre-Reformation charge. In 1622 the former Dominican friars' church was rebuild by the town. Thereafter it was known as Glasgow - College Church. In 1877 the congregation was moved to Westercraigs, Dennistoun.
