Stepps United Free kirk session

A secession church court. The parish had its origins in Stepps United Free Church which was established in 1907. A church was built in 1913 and the congregation joined the established church in 1929. Glasgow – Stepps St Andrew’s united with Glasgow – Stepps Whitehill to form Glasgow - Stepps in 1983. The Church of Scotland kirk session for Glasgow – Stepps St Andrew’s sat within the presbytery of Glasgow and the synod of Glasgow and Ayr, later of Clydesdale.
