Foveran Free, United Free kirk session

A secession church court. It began as a Free Church congregation in 1844, with the charge sanctioned in 1852. The congregation passed to the United Free Church in 1900 and to the Church of Scotland, as Foveran South, in 1929. In 1931 a union was established between the congregations of Foveran North and Foveran South, under the name of Foveran Church of Scotland.
