Leslie - First United Presbyterian kirk session
A secession church court. The charge had its origins as a Burgher congregation, and its first minister was ordained and inducted in 1772. It passed to the United Presbyterian Church in 1847, when it was also known as Leslie First church. It passed to the United Free Church in 1900 and in 1918 was united with the former Free Church congregation of Leslie Logan. The united congregation was renamed Leslie Logan - Martin and as such it passed to the Church of Scotland in 1929.
