Edinburgh - Mayfield Free, United Free kirk session

A secession church court. It began as a Free Church congregation in 1875. The congregation passed to the United Free Church in 1900 and to the Church of Scotland, as Edinburgh Mayfield North, in 1929. After an additional merger with Edinburgh Fountainhall Road in 1958 the parish became known as Edinburgh Mayfield and Fountainhall. The name changed subsequently to Mayfield in 1968.
