Haddington - St John's Free, United Free kirk session
A secession church court. It began as a Free Church in 1843. A separate, formerly Original Secession church, which had joined the Free Church in 1852, and as such had been known as Haddington - Knox's, dissolved in 1872 and its members joined Haddington St John's. The congregation passed to the United Free Church in 1900 and to the Church of Scotland in 1929, and united with Haddington West under that name in 1932.
