Haddington - Knox's Free kirk session
A secession church court. It originated as an Associate congregation, which split over the burgess oath and became antiburgher in 1748. In 1852 it became part of the Free Church and continued until its dissolution in 1876. Many members of the congregation then joined Haddington - St John's (Free).
