Earlston - East (Antiburgher), United Presbyterian kirk session

A secession church court. It began as an Antiburgher church before 1847. The congregation passed to the United Presbyterian church in 1847, and united with Earlston West in 1886 to form Earlston St. John's United Presbyterian. The united congregation passed to the United Free Church in 1900 and to the Church of Scotland in 1929. In 1946, Earlston St. John's united with Earlston Ercildoune, under the name Earlston.
