Denny Dunipace Free, United Free, Church of Scotland kirk session
A secession church court. The charge was founded in 1843 when the minister and a large part of the congregation of the united charge of Larbert and Dunipace left the established church. Free churches were set up in both Dunipace and Larbert. In 1850 the secession parish of Denny (formed in 1843), was united with it, but in 1854 was once more restored to full parish status. In 1900, as a United Free congregation, it was renamed Denny - Dunipace when Denny (Free) became Denny West (United Free). It came back into the Church of Scotland in 1929. In 1964, as Dunipace North, it was linked with Dunipace Old.
