Dundee - Broughty Ferry Union United Presbyterian, United Free kirk session

A secession church court. It had its origins in Burgher and Antiburgher congregations in Monifieth and Dundee in the late eighteenth century but was first formally constituted Broughty Ferry (United Secession) parish in 1838. In 1847 it became a United Presbyterian parish, as Broughty Ferry - Union. In 1900 it became a United Free parish and was united with Broughty Ferry - West in 1925.
