Dundee - St Mary's kirk session
A church court that sat within the presbytery of Dundee and the synod of Angus and Mearns. The medieval church of St Mary's is claimed to have been founded by David, Earl of Huntingdon, brother of King William I. Earl David granted the church of Dundee to the Tironensian Abbey of Lindores around 1200.
