Dalziel kirk session
A church court that sat within the presbytery of Hamilton and synod of Glasgow and Ayr. The old parish church of Dalziel belonged originally to the Abbey of Paisley, but in the early 12th century the church was transferred to the Canons of Glasgow Cathedral, in whose possession it remained up to the reformation in 1560.Records available
