Dailly kirk session
A church court that sat within the presbytery of Ayr the synod of Glasgow and Ayr. It originally served a medieval parish appropriated to Crossraguel Abbey and then known as Dalmakerran. It had several chapels, one of them on Ailsa Craig. The parish church was transferred from Old Dailly to New Dailly in 1695.
