Crawford kirk session
A church court that sat within the presbytery of Lanark and the synod of Glasgow and Ayr. The church of Crawford belonged to the Abbey of Holyrood and it was dedicated to St Constantine. For the sake of distinction the church was sometimes called of old Crawford Lindsay and in later years Crawford Douglas.Records available
