Campsie kirk session
A church court that sat within the presbytery of Glasgow and the synod of Glasgow and Ayr. Campsie High Church, Stirlingshire, was the successor to a medieval parish (originally Campsie and Antermony), held by the sacristan of Glasgow Cathedral and served by a vicar. The former church, in a churchyard in Lennoxtown, replaced a medieval building in Campsie Glen and was dedicated in 1828.
