Blairgowrie First Free kirk session

A secession church court. The charge was formed when the minister and a large part of the congregation came out of the Church of Scotland in 1843. In 1857 it split over the election of a new minister, and the smaller part formed the new congregation of Blairgowrie - South (Free). In 1900 it passed to the United Free Church as Blairgowrie - St Andrew's, and to the Church of Scotland in 1929 under the same name.
