Belhelvie kirk session
A church court that sat within the presbytery and the synod of Aberdeen. The medieval church was dedicated initially to St. Neachtan, folowed by St Columba. The church was appropriated to the Abbey of Arbroath and was also a prebend of Aberdeen. Ministry began within the session in 1563.
