Maryton Free, United Free kirk session
A secession church court. The charge was formed at the Disruption in 1843. Having been reduced to a preaching station in 1849 it was restored to full status in 1856, after the building of a church and manse. It passed to the United Free Church in 1900, was reduced in status once more in 1922 and dissolved in 1927.
