Alvie kirk session
A church court that sat within the presbytery of Abernethy and the synod of Moray. The church of Alvie held a dedication to St Drostan and was formerly a commune kirk of the Cathedral of Elgin. The parishes of Laggan and Alvie were united together from 1572 to 1636 and from 1672 to 1708.Records available
