Aberdeen - John Knox (Gerrard Street) Free, United Free kirk session
A secession church court. It began in 1843 as Aberdeen - John Knox Free, when the the minister and most of the congregation of the Aberdeen John Knox Church adhered to the Free Church. It passed to the United Free Church in 1901, as Aberdeen John Knox's (sic), and in 1929 to the Church of Scotland, as Aberdeen John Knox, Gerrard Street, which in 1987 merged with Greyfriars as Greyfriars.
