Aberdeen - West Free, United Free kirk session
A secession church court. It began in 1843 when the minister and a large part of the congregation of the existing Aberdeen - West parish church adhered to the Free Church. The congregation passed successively to the United Free Church (in 1900) and the Church of Scotland (in 1929), in the latter case as Aberdeen St Andrew, West of. This united with St Nicholas Union Grove as Aberdeen Langstane Kirk in 1973. The charge of Aberdeen Langstane was dissolved in 1999.
