Poser 364 - Dunfermline Regality Court register, circa 1605

This poser is an extract from the index to a Dunfermline Regality Court register circa 1605 (National Records of Scotland, RH11/27/16, page 7).

Notice the use of the con- contraction in the word contra meaning against. An example of this would be the 3rd word on the first line. Also prevalent is the contraction Det for decreet (or decree). The clerk makes good use of tittle marks to indicate the letter u and superscript letters for some of the contractions. The numbers at the end of the line are the original page numbers, unfortunately some of the numbers are not fully visible owing to past damage to the original page.

Question: Can you transcribe the list of cases and can you work out what the word is that, in some cases, replaces page numbers?
