In our annual customer survey, our customers told us they would value a formal customer forum to engage with us.
In response to this, NRS is establishing a customer advisory panel.
The purpose of the panel is to give our customers the opportunity to get involved in planning and decision making at a strategic level. Panel members will also provide vital feedback to inform improvements across a wide range of services.
The panel should represent a wide range of NRS services including Scotland’s People.
The application process launches today and will close on 8 August 2025.
