Monach Isles

A group of small islands in the Outer Hebrides, in the parish of North Uist and the county of Inverness. The main islands are Ceann Ear, Ceann Iar, Shivinish and Shillay. Sometimes called the Heisker Islands, but not the same group as the Haskeir Islands further north, or two islets called Inner and Outer Heisker near the island of Pabbay (Bishops Isles).
