Lorn presbytery

A Church of Scotland presbytery. It was in the synod of Argyll and was originally known as the presbytery of Kilmore. In 1723 parishes in this presbytery on the island of Mull were removed to the presbytery of Mull.

Shuna (Lorn)

An island in the Firth of Lorn, in the parish of Kilbrandon and Kilchattan, and the county of Argyll. Not to be confused with another island called Shuna, in the Loch Linnhe, for which see Shuna (Loch Linnhe).
