Fara

One of the Orkney islands, in the parish of Walls and Flotta and the county of Orkney. It was sometimes known as Faray, Pharay or South Pharay. Not to be confused with the island of Fara or Faray, or North Pharay, in Stronsay parish and the county of Orkney, for which see under Faray.
