Poser 316 - Articles of Agreement, 1610/11

This week's poser is taken from the articles of agreement between the Privy Council and the mayor and community of the City of London in January 1610/11 regarding the Ulster Plantation (National Records of Scotland, RH15/91/33 page 3).

The clauses here relate to the parcelling up of land for housing. Some words are interfered with by descending letters in lines above them. There are a few contracted words (such as p[ar]cell in line 4).
