Poser 302 - Minutes of Stirling Presbytery, 1581

This poser is taken from the minutes of Stirling presbytery in 1581 (National Records of Scotland, CH2/722/1, page 8) and concerns a case of adultery, which (being a bit more serious than your run-of-the-mill antenuptial fornication) had been referred up to the higher court by the kirk session of Stirling.

The handwriting is fairly clear but some secretary hand letters, abbreviations and Scots language might trouble you. The last word in line 7 has faded slightly. It is elderschip, which at this point was used to refer to the presbytery. It occurs twice more in this extract.

Question: who appeared before the presbytery and who were the two individuals accused of adultery?
